Cookie Boost

The game

In Cookie Boost, the baker who loves to bake has already baked the classic cookies for you - so cookie recipes are not something you need to worry about. Your task is to find squares with the same cookie in each corner. You have one minute to find as many squares as possible. However, you earn bonus seconds along the way, so a round can easily take much longer.

You are constantly competing against other players, and you can follow your ranking in the high score list to the left of the game. There are token prizes for the best players every 3 and 24 hours - you can see how big the prizes are by following the messages in the chat.

Game modes

The game has two ways to play: Round and Challenge. Both have their own high score lists and separate prizes - and you can participate in all competitions at the same time if you can make it.

Common to the two ways of playing is that you have one minute. However, you periodically earn 10 bonus seconds, and a meter on the left side of the screen shows how many points you need to earn to get the next 10 seconds.

Round games
If you play round games, you must reach as high a round as possible before you lose and start over. In each round, you need to score a certain number of points to complete - you can see exactly how many on the meter at the top left of the game. The difficulty level increases continuously as the number of points you need to achieve gets higher and new cakes are added to the game.

Challenge
You can play Challenge on three difficulty levels. The only difference is the number of different cakes. The goal is always to score as many points as possible before the time runs out.

Points

You get points according to how many delicious cakes you remove. For example, if there are 12 cakes in your square, you get 12 points. However, the number of points you get is multiplied by your multiplier. Your multiplier starts at x1, but when you remove squares containing a multiplier symbol, your multiplier increases. If you remove a small square of 4 cakes with a multiplier symbol, your multiplier will increase by 4, for example to x5. If you then remove 12 cakes again, they will now give 60 points (5 x 12).

Power-ups

The game contains a number of special symbols or power-ups that appear as small signs in front of the cakes. When you remove a cake with one of these signs, something special happens.

Clear all- if this sign is in a cake, all other cakes of the same type as it will disappear when it is removed.

Best square- if you remove a cake with this sign, you will see the best square in the next 3, 4 or 5 moves, depending on how big a square you removed with the sign.

Pause- when you remove this sign, time stops for half a second for each cake you removed together with the sign.

Plus cleaner- if you remove this sign, all cakes in the same row and column are also removed.

Multiplier- the most important sign in the game - when you remove it, your multiplier increases according to how many cakes you remove together with the sign.

Rainbow cake- this is not a sign, but a special kind of cake. It is a wildcard or joker and applies to all cakes.

Tokens and Bonus spin

After each round you are awarded tokens based on your score. Along the way, you also have the opportunity to win a BonusSpin by collecting the cakes that the dog in the bottom left corner thinks of.
